Virtual Wellness Workshop
January 29 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pmFree
Putting your goals on paper in a visual format can help you actually help achieve them! Mental practices like visualization can increase motivation and confidence. It’s also fun!
Join us on Friday, January 29th from 6-7:30 PM (via Zoom) for ‘Living in Balance – A Wellness Workshop Series‘ dedicated to setting and sticking to your goals.
Guest Speaker, Jaclyn Bennet, from Newton Medical Center’s Behavior Health Team and Mary Lou Kweselait, CFPC Opioid Outpatient Recovery Program Coach will talk about strategies for setting and reaching your goals and provide instructions for creating a Vision Board to help keep you focused to realize your goals. This workshop is free and open to anyone to participate – make plans to Zoom with a friend and attend! Three gift baskets will be raffled during the event. Register via tinyurl.com/cfpcwellness
Note: Instructions will be provided to create your vision board but time may not allow for you to complete your board during the workshop – this session is designed to help you get started, create a vision board outline, and understand the basics of visualizing your goals through vision board creation. Recommended supplies include: poster board or white board, markers/pens, magazines, glue, scissors and embellishments.
This workshop is made possible in partnership with the @cfpcnj, Atlantic Health System, NJ State Department of Human Services and Division of Mental health & Addiction Services.
