Moms in Recovery is a CLOSED peer support group for moms who are in recovery or are seeking recovery from addiction. The meeting is an open forum to support both recovery and parenting. Participants will learn to bolster confidence in their parenting skills and practice self-care.
Breaking Free is a counselor-led co-dependency support group. This is an OPEN meeting to explore codependency and how it may affect your life.

Our presenter Ashley will lead an off the mat practice discussing the 8 Limb Yogic Path and we will end our session together with a practice on the mat. This FREE in person event will be held at the Community Hub, 9 Church St, Bernardsvile. Saturday 2/19/2022 10 am - 1pm.
